    I left a message and it was long….kindof impossible for me to leave a “short” message! Anyways, I’ll try to make this short…fave author “currently” is Michael Connelly yet fave character by an author is John Sandford’s “Lucas Davenport” in his “Prey” books.

  3. My favorite isn’t just a book, but actually a series. It is Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series.

  4. My favorite authors are Jane Green, Jodi Picoult, Janet Evanovich and Nicholas Sparks.

  5. I go back and forth between Clive Custler and Stewart Woods as favorite authors. Whichever one has a new book at the time is my favorite.

  9. My favorite book & author change all the time. Right now, it’s “A Single Thread” by Marie Bostwick. But, the books I keep coming back to are “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkein.

    My favorite book of all time is To Kill a Mockingbird. Being a lawyer I thought it was brilliantly written and I aspired to be like Atticus Finch.

    My second favorite, also a courtroom drama, A Time To Kill by John Grisham because he so skillfully captured the emotion of trial for the lawyers.

    Would love a couple of new books to read!

  15. My favorite author of all time is Nora Roberts (J.D. Robb as well). Just love her! I enjoy how she creates series so you learn the stories of each character. There’s enough steam without getting too explicit. She’s great!

  18. My favortie book is “Where the Red Fern Grows” by Wilson Rawls. It has been my favortie book since 4th grade. I want to love something, anything that much.
    My favortie adult book is “Like Water for Elephants” not sure of author right this minute. I want to have such memories and have the guts to act on them even when everyone thinks I am too old.
